Want to get connected into First Free? Here are some ways:
- Visit on a Sunday morning and check "1st time visitor" in your church bulletin registry slip in the offering plate and someone will contact you within the week to answer any questions you might have.
- Visit on a Sunday morning and attend "Connections” fellowship time at 10:30 am and sit at a "Newcomer Table". “Connections” is normally open during the school year. At the “Newcomer Table” you’ll find light refreshments and an opportunity to visit with a hospitality host. You also want to pick up a special welcome packet (also available at Welcome Center).
- Visit the Welcome Center at the rear of the sanctuary and ask any questions you have about First Free.
-
Attend a Newcomers Group. This group meets for six weeks. The first half is an “Introduction to First Free.” The second half is about “Belonging at First Free”. This group meets several times a year (see "Event Calendar" for upcoming dates). You can signup online (see link below), at the “Newcomer Table”, in the church bulletin, or by calling the church office.
-
After you've completed the "Introduction to First Free" course, pick up a Small Group brochure at the Welcome Center and contact leaders of any small groups or ministry teams that interest you. If you are a seeker or have questions about the Christian faith, it is recommended that you sign up for the Alpha Course (see links to Alpha sign-up, our Alpha page, and the Alpha USA page below).
There are a number of other churches in the area that you might want to visit as well. Click here for a list.
