Dear Parents,

Your family is important to our church and we want to support your role as spiritual leader to your child.  In the effort, we hope these resources will be helpful to you.

WORSHIP LYRICS:  We love having our kids worship with us each week, but many of the songs are new to them and it can take time to learn them.  Each week we post the worship lyrics for the upcoming Sunday, this way you can teach your child the songs during the week.  Many of parents download the mp3 to play at home. We want our children to be fully engaged in worship.

FAMILY CONNECT: We use FaithWeaver curriculum in our preschool through 5th grade rooms  FaithWeaver emphasizes "weaving faith into life" by applying the Bible to our lives throughout the week. Research shows that the most powerful influence on a child's faith development is the conversations about faith that take place in the home.  So we want to help you.  Each week your child will receive a take-home page that includes ideas for family discussion and activities that will help cement what your child learns at church.  You can also download Family Connect here, this lets you know what your child will be learning about this week and includes activities and discussion starters.
